This place is very bad. Idk from where to start! The girl at the reception is so rude and kept insisting on us to pay from the start before we even check the place out! When we went inside, she kept nagging on us to pay. Like all they cared about was for us to pay at the very beginning. I truly felt like I was looked after just to pay. To the extent she made us go to the cashier straightaway and got the card machine in the middle of the crowd before we even sit on a table or at the bar at least. Everyone was looking at her at the way she was treating us????Didn't like the staff and service, felt it’s unprofessional from them.
They implement unreasonable minimum spend only if they DON’T like you or the way u look or if you’re local????took ourselves out and went to a decent place nearby and never visiting again????

Unexpected service , staff very rude, both ladies in reception are very rude . They don’t answer calls if you want to book . They don’t book you when you call and they ask you to come as walk in . When you go there they don’t accept walk in . Very poor service . Was very surprised about the Lebanese manager who shows non interest toward customer, not polite , no customer service background . If you are planning to go there you need a miracle to enter. They force you to pay minimum spend of AED 1200 to enter .

Bad experience :you try to book through phone they never pick up
They implement unreasonable minimum spend(only if they don’t like you)
Very bad dj and sound system,Staff are not experienced and do not know how to manage(specifically the manager )
