I only put 1 star as wasn’t an option to add no stars. Awful service. When phoned was told 10 - 30mins, when cab didn’t arrive after 30 mins called again and was told another 20 mins - with no explanation. After nearer 20 mins called again automated response said description of car would be with us in 3 mins - when that time passed called again - automated response said with you shortly - when through to operator who told me they are still waiting for one to become available. Never again will I use their service. No apology given either.

Just wanted a taxi. Constantly tell you it’s on its way, but also is constantly 5-10 minutes away. Got the bus in the end. Won’t even try in future.

Disgusting as others said.
Booked a taxi for certain time and repeated 3-4times. He sent it asap. Driver told me he would sort it.
No taxi came. Called them again and i was told i have to wait 20 minutes in the snow.
When asked for their complaint procedure was told to call again.
When the driver arrived he was perfect but rest was horrible.

Shocking experience, pre booked 2 cabs to get to a show. Only to be told it wasn't guaranteed they would arrive on time. 45 minutes later no cabs. Staff weren't bothered, we cancelled and drove.

Ordered a cab for 11.30pm. The cab didnt arrive by 00:10am, and the cab service disconnected their line, so zero recourse or ability to find out progress. They have one job and they can't deliver it.

Only recently started having problems with this Taxi company. I booked a cab in advance (in the morning for an evening trip) and rang the company half an hour before the cab was due to arrive to ensure that the cab would arrive on time. I was assured that a cab would be with me. 15 minutes after the cab had been booked for, the car had still not been dispatched! Really disappointed as it meant that we had to drive in order to make our reservation.

Absolutely terrible service. Waited for 20 minutes for the wrong cab to be sent (requiring a cab for 6 people, explained when booking). When I called back to see what was going to be done to remedy the situation, the operative ended the call because swear words were used. This conversation took place at 23:00 with 2 children under 8, awaiting the cab to take them home to bed.

Horrible organisation, booked a cab 3x and the driver didn't show up because they have no clue the whereabouts in Southend. Also the operator's can't speak decent ingles and it looks like a scam call lol they also lie to you about what happen to your taxi driver.
