The worst delivery company ever ????
They are supposed to delivery one item ( play house) today, I was waiting and suddenly I've checked the door one Time early afternoon and I've seen a note. They didn't ring the bell at all.
They have spoiled my 3 years old daughters birthday present and surprise for Sunday. So now we've got nothing for her.
The customer service is not exist. I've called a few times and basically the hang off the phone to me all the times. Very rude. I wish I could give them- -5 stars

Received notification of delivery for Wednesday 1st March 09.20 to 13.20. Then another to say delivery would be sometime that day. Sat around all day, no parcel delivered or card put throughdoor. Neighbour in all day as well. Checked with sender, apparently I wasn't in,my fault, It will be resent ,still waiting for delivery instructions. This service is rubbish and trying to get in touch with FedEx is a joke. I hope I can get my parcel and never deal with this company again.

To save you a wasted trip, can confirm the FedEx Newcastle depot is no longer located at Unit 17b, Follingsby park, Gateshead NE10 8YF as I found out when chasing up lost parcels (May 2023) so FedEx Durham depot would be the closest alternative.

A marvellous place for young children to run around and play on all the activities, with a counter too bye food and drinks if required.

Have waited in all day only to get an SMS message saying a delivery was attempted. Really?? Prove it.!! No card in my door and no knocking did I hear. Will give the company I ordered from a poor review because of the courier company they have chosen to use.

Very poor had a SMS to say they could not deliver never been out and no card through the door so in my mind never even been need to get lessons from DPD

Waited in all day for a parcel no communication about delays can't get hold of anyone to find out when the item will arrive terrible service

Shocking service. Impossible to talk to a person in the UK to get details of a missing package.
Fedex failed to deliver on the specified date , then advised on the website they had lost the shipment. After hours of being placed on hold was advised that they would call me back. 72 hours later still no call back.
You cannot speak to the delivering depots , the automated systems are worse than useless.
This was a business critical shipment costing in excess of $4000 USD in shipping charges and they just dont care.
My recommendation would be DO NOT trust this company with your shipments
