The atmosphere is super relaxed and as it is located downstairs of an office building (2454) many of its customers are business people who are on a coffee break or need to go out for a cigarette. For smokers Le Terrace is great as the outdoor seating area (just next to a lots of plants therefore beautifully green ????????) allows the smokers to do this without bothering other clients.
The prices are super reasonable and yet this place offers discounts for some of the business who have offices within the premises.
The attention is the only thing that could be slightly improved, the staff are really nice but sometimes they can be a bit dormant.
Le terrace doesn’t have a toilet so you have to use 2454’s but it is located only a few steps away.
