I sent my 2009 335i BMW that had a bad alternator to repair. They replaced the alternator with a used one after confirming with me. They discovered a squeaking sound after installing the alternator and called me to confirm whether or not this issue was present beforehand. I informed them that I had no such issue and sent them a video that I had recently taken of the car when the alternator issue first appeared without any squeaking sound. They replaced one of the belts and tensioners with new parts and said that the issue was fixed. When I picked up the car I didn't hear any sounds and was happy with the job. The very next morning upon cold start of the car, I heard the squeaking sound and sent a video to Jassir, who I presume to be the head mechanic, but did not receive a response. The issue has persisted, for about a minute or so after the car is started before disappearing. I tried multiple times to contact Jassir but either got my call rejected or told he was on another call and would call me back, but never received a call back.
What could have been a good experience has turned sour and merits this rating. After spending over 1.5k to fix the issue I have ended up with a new issue that the garage doesn't seem to want to address.
I expected more from this garage after seeing the reviews but I guess that some of these reviews cannot be trusted. Will not be recommending them to anyone unfortunately.

1. They are suggesting what exactly and most necessarily need to change in the vehicle .
2. Finding a good and apt solution to solve the issues.
I’m highly appreciate one Mr.Jazir have a great experience especially in German cars and his dedication and passion.
Only one thing I would like to say that delivery of Spre-parts need to be quick
