Great service, even though the lady in the front seemed very intimidated when we first walked in, i said 'hello' as I entered but she just stared and ignored- so I went to the arab guy whom was very great, nice, kind and informative. I've got to say however the camel eye cookies that was placed for tester was very hard and not tasty. Place is very professional and colorful. Only thing is, it's in a bad location of the mall and the window counters were very big- making it hard to test what we liked and what we didn't.

I want to rate the service as very poor .My experience today(Bill Head is attached as image if management wants to see ) was very bad as the Lady who served today was behaving unprofessionally and so arrogantly.for sure there is a big Gap in training .it is very nice shop and general shopping experience is very good in Lebanese Roaster.

Lovely, clean shopping centre. Wide variety of shops with big fashion brands and lifestyle shops covering holidays and fitness.
Nice food court area with a range of cuisines.
EV charging is straight forward to use, with free charging for 3 hours and usually (after 2 visits) 6-7 bays operational. Please keep this Silverburn - it’s a big draw!

Space for 2000 cars under cover with EV car charging stations on level 1 (one up from ground zero). Covered access to shops at the Marks & Spencers end of the shopping centre

its a car park and provides a place to park your car while you shop in silverburn. Don't try and go at xmas though as the roads in and out get jam packed.
