I updated my review to talk about continuous poor after sale services when I needed to change a part, and it was a miss to know about un centerlised process and order. Some staff are unfriendly and cooperative. Unfortunately, there is no supervision and quality check
Very bad after sales services.
My new care had scratch in window and do nothing about it .
Services appointments are useless, they will service who come first even without appointment.
If you book for service online, will discover it not connected to their system.
The profile and car information is wrong and not corrected for months, although in every appointment we updated it based to the car registration.
Services contract information is not in system.
Very poor quality of call centre follow up service.
Some staff of showroom and call centre are not professional.
Every time I need to take my car to services I'll be under pressure and stress becouse of the services.
