First time visiting Grand Central Mosque of Glasgow.

It is a very welcoming place, a very spacious place, and truly a diamond of Glasgow.

Beautifully constructed and maintained. Pleasant seating garden with beautiful views of its surroundings.

Other facilities include parking, WC areas for men and women, and praying areas for men and women.

Everyone is welcome for a spiritual uplift.

A great mosque in Glasgow city area with decent parling space. Enough facilities with toilets and wudu area.

Beautiful masjid with lots of parking. Extremely busy at jummah time so I advise to arrive early. Imam is English speaking.

Beautiful mosque but it is not disabled friendly for women.

The men's section comprises the central prayer hall which is on the ground floor and is served by a ramp. It is accessed through huge beautiful doors.

The women's section however, is accessed through a nondescript side door that is not signposted.

It is then necessary to climb a flight of steep stairs to access the women's section.

So any girls or women who are not able to climb stairs due to fraility, old age, other physical conditions or who are in wheelchairs cannot access the female prayer hall.

The mosque is a substantial building with capacity for hundreds of worshippers but it seems disabled access for women is not a priority for this mosque’s governing board. It would be interesting to know if there are any women on the board, or people who are differently abled. I suspect not.

A beautiful large peaceful prayer space with ample parking. Also has an incorporated prayer area for the ladies.

this mosque should just stick to prayer and not the learning because i have spent eight whole years coming to this mosque and i believe that this is just a waste of time. everyday when i come here i feel like i am wasting my freedom because i am coming to just sit in the ugly floor. the teachers here really can not teach. not only the teachers but the head teacher is so moany so please sack him nobody in this mosque likes him even my dad complains to me telling me what in this world he is doing. just please make this a better environment for young children growing up in the religion and i do hate to be the person to write this and hopefully getting at least someone to see this and stick up for me for this community to see this. and if you are, i know you will learn for these mistakes.

I used to come to this mosque to learn and the staff here are very immature and they're behaviour was outrageous completely unacceptable! They made racist comments not only to me but to some other kids. I will not be sending any of my future generation kids to this mosque and I will certainly will not recommend this mosque to anyone either. Mosque itself is amazing and the NPC's there are very nice but the staff needs changing they need an update every so now and then just like how people update the bible.

Thanks to all the religious bodies who have released their buildings to be used as COVID-19 Vaccination Centre.
I was here for my Covid-19 vaccine and I’m impressed with how part of the facility was released to be used as a vaccination center. You would be welcome with an expansive car park with well laid out lots.
