It's an excellent community pub, the beer is incredibly well looked after, always good real ales to be had, the Landlady is always chatty and friendly, and the locals are no trouble at all. I always leave here happy and wanting to go back. It's so nice to have a local pub that's not up it's own backside pretending to be a fancy restaurant. Instead, the Cannie Man is just an honest, traditional, English pub. What more could you want?

Not a very nice local. Empty and uninviting interior. Concrete paved 'Terrace'.
A pint is about £1 more than nicer pubs in the area.
One to avoid.

Nice pub, lovely landlady, good atmosphere, great outdoor seating area, a little more expensive but still happily go back.

Always a pleasure..Especially when the managers Max and Amanda are here working. Nearly always free live music Friday Saturday nights. Great local pub with a friendly atmosphere. The real ales here are the best in Bracknell.
