One of the best in alain, but unfortunately I visited them as I saw an offer and they didn’t meet my expectation as I asked the guy for a specific thing but unfortunately he took me for another thing which is more expensive than what they i was searching for and each time I’m telling him that I want the one with the offer is telling me it’s a small different but unfortunately the difference was a lot

The worst experience ever, we are from Dubai and we drove all the way to Alain, we bought from them Nov 2021 and we paid the full amount, they told us that they will deliver it within 10 days and until today we didn't get our products and no one answer our call or even WhatsApp's.

They even doesn't deserve one star, unprofessional at all. Plz people I don't recommend anyone to deal with them it's just waste of time, money.

Their Staff not professional at all, they take your money with a smile and later on no one serve you well or even followups with you If there will be any delay. they don't have system which they can track your invoice, your package anything related to you as a customer, they do care just to take your money and then bye bye.

Today I decided to contact consumer right and report this. maybe by then they will learn to deal professional with the customers and stop doing fake ads in social media

Worst experience. They brought me used chandeliers from the shop and refused to change them. After I complained to the owner they said they will come within two weeks with new ones. It has been almost five weeks and they said their rent is expensive and they cant afford to get me new chandeliers.

I told them to come take their chandeliers and return their money, they started yelling at me and refusing. When I threatened to complain they took the chandeliers and told me will transfer the money.

It has been three days since they took the chandeliers and then they told me if I want my money back I need to go all the way to Alain from Abu Dhabi to get a cheque from them.

They are extremely rude and they love to cheat their clients. Awful.

I had a very bad experience with them, they are careless and not professional. I need to came twice each time because of not completed crystals set.
