Nothing special on there food. It’s just okay. I even requested to put salad or vegetable on the chicken biryani I ordered because it is on the picture of their menu. Well, the service crew guy at that time is friendly to do that. Just be also careful on the price of food because the VAT is not included on the menu price.

very poor service even their crew not nice to approach with client i order 2 thighs they gve me all ribs of chicken and not fresh very dried not tasty also i call them back they doesn't care anything about complain.i realy disappointed with their service.pls next time meet the wants of clients and expectations.

Seriously bad and dangerous behaviour by one of their minibus drivers on the Chapel Street viaduct this morning at 10:40 hrs. He / she driving a dark grey 'bus was swerving across lanes deliberately cutting up other vehicles from London Road roundabout before pulling in to the layby outside the Magistrates Court. I can't imagine what was going through the driver's head at the time.

the bus never arrives on time! buses without air conditioning! drivers fall asleep at the wheel .. too expensive for such conditions I do not recommend !!

I called your number. you have nothing to complain about, so expect to submit a notification to the appropriate company that will collect the complaint. I have photos of the driver behind the wheel, I also have how he reads messages and also fell asleep and almost caused an accident at the roundabout

Made a complaint about a driver regarding her treatment of my special needs son, rude and impolite as well as unaccommodating. Contacted their phone line and emailed them, nothing has been done and asked the school to cancel their service. They really don't care.

One of the drivers nearly hit me when I was standing on the pavement waiting for them to turn left so I could cross. They turned left and went onto the pavement where I was standing to park and if I didn't just about move out of the way I'd have gotten hit.
