This lot have either hired theives or hired the most incompetent people on the planet. Honestly, don't use them. There is genuinely a very high risk of your parcel "going missing" but they will still say it was delivered because it says so on their so called system.. their system doesn't live in reality much like themselves.

Driver handed our delivery to the wrong address. DPD refuse to provide details of location - its within a few dozen metres of our home. 1. If they acted swiftly as we did to notify them it would’ve been sorted. 2. They are aiding and abetting fraudulent activity by refusing to assist in the recovery of the package. 3. Seller too far removed to act and item no longer available!!!

Parcel deliverd and handed to myself that would of been a hard job iam in London my home is in Stockton looks like I have lost my parcel wot a joke

Utterly incompetent, I was supposed to receive a parcel on Monday, but apparently the driver "could not find" my address.

Rescheduled to be delivered to my local shop for the next day, the driver took a random picture of a street and said that they could not deliver it.

Contacted customer service and they guaranteed to me that it will be delivered the next day (Wednesday). I contacted them again first thing in the morning and they again guaranteed that it will be delivered that day.

Not long after, I check the tracking and it now say that it will be delivered on Thursday.

There are no words to describe the incompetence of this company!

Waiting a week for delivery. Been on hold to depot for over 30 mins. Keep being informed that there's a problem with delivery. LET ME COLLECT IT THEN. How can I rearrange things if I can't get in touch with anyone. You do not deserve a single star rating.

The time slot for my parcel is 10.41-11.41 am on 4th Feb 2022. I live in an apartment and was waiting for the telecom to ring. No one rang and I got a message and email saying that I missed the parcel and no one open the door.

Contacted the customer service, they cannot locate or get hold of the driver, and they said the only way I can do is to collect the parcel in the nearest shop. Please bear in mind, I received my parcel from royal mail before 10.41am, the telecom was fine!

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. AVOID!! Terrible service. They don't deliver on the day they've sent you confirmation. When calling them back to ask why they make some ridiculous excuses and say that email of confirming the date isn't really compensation . What a load of cowboys.

DPD failed to deliver a parcel because they did not load it on the van. They are now asking me to pay an extra charge for a delivery tomorrow. I thought this company was one of the better ones until today
