Parked in the car park it took nearly 20 min to download the parking app. I did this as recommended by the parking assistant as there was a very long queue for the parking machine. Finally got registered and paid for my paking. Only needed one hour. Came back 10 min earlier than the time on my purchased tickets. 2 weeks later received a parking fine for £100 saying i over extended my time. Seems the charge you from when you go under the barrier rather than when you purchase your ticket. Which you can only purchase from the time you log on. Complete rip off and totally unfair as there is no clock to tell you what time you are entering the car park. I appealed and it was rejected. Totally unfair.

Disorganised car park, but cheap as hell. I guess you get what you pay for.
