We had such an amazing time, fantastic view. Huge shout out to Rupel who welcomed us, showes us around and even suggested some nearby tourist spots we should visit. We will surelt be back, one of the best places to dine in Abu Dhabi.

The lounge offers an amazing view out of the gigantic glass front. Totally worth visiting it. Sometimes, a professional piano player is playing music in the centre of the lounge. There's also a cafe with some delicious pastries. The menu is more or less the same as on the observation deck 300 in on the 74th floor in the same building.

Best lounge in Abudhabi .. The service and ambiance is amazing.. Special thanks to Jyoti for her great hospitality and making our experience memorable one .. I will definitely come back.

We had a fantastic time celebrating our anniversary with afternoon tea at the Lobby Lounge! The set for 2 was plentiful, and the surprise for our anniversary was excellent as well. Our favourite teas were the Silver Moon, and the Lemon Bush. We recommend reserving the window-front seat, as it really was a highlight. Thanks to the Lobby Lounge team - especially Sharon - for explemplary service during our visit.

I always come here and I really love how the staff are friendly and accept my specific requirement Specially rupel , jhoyti and lee for there continuous effort of making me always satisfied during my time and stay at Conrad that’s why I am always a regular customer .

An absolutely stellar experience at the Lobby Lounge Afternoon Tea. Thank you for such amazingly delicious treats and as if that wasn’t enough, the pianist played tunes that really took our breath away.
The service and attention to detail was flawless. All in all, this is one highly recommended place to visit. The ambience and surroundings were so relaxing and I’m sure I’ll visit again soon. Thank you ????????????

Visited for the afternoon tea. Food was great. Unfortunately, the service was abysmal from start to finish. Had to call over 10 times to reach the hotel to make a reservation for afternoon tea. Arrived and they hadn't stocked enough afternoon tea for the group and hadn't notified us so several members had to order from the hotel's room service menu instead. 1h15 for food to come. Offered drinks 2 times over a period of 2h. Weird attitudes from some staff. Not given spoons (half the afternoon tea needs a spoon to eat) and no staff anywhere for 30 minutes to ask for a spoon. On the phone we organised for a cake to come to celebrate a family occasion- it didn't come out at all during the visit.
Overall, a very expensive experience for such awful service. 100% would not go back.
