Very unprofessional staff.. i was the only customer who walked in (many others were in their cars outside), and i stood in front of the receptionist (female) for more than 5 straight minutes without her saying a word.. the only thing she did was give me a palm gesture ???????? to hold on.

She kept receiving calls one after the other, and i only wanted a cup of soft serve ice cream. There were two other men serving orders to vehicles, and two others just sitting on the bench and chatting (not sure if they worked there), and non of them bothered to at least take my order or gently ask me to wait.

They increased their prices by ALOT for their meal plans but the quality is still bad. Usually when a place charges 500 dhs extra…. You’d expect there to be changes in quality and how good the meal plan foods is… NOPE

So So many things to say about this restaurant but firstly it is the worst customer service i could imagine. Firstly, they deliver my meal plan at 8pm one day and the salad is rotten and brown. The day after i had clearly told them the location of the 2 meal plans i have with them and they got the location wrong and do not do anything to fix it. I work and can not accept delivery before 7pm which is why i changed the location to 10mins away from my house (to my work location). Low Calories gets it wrong and turns around to me saying they cannot do anything my only option is to leave my food sitting outside in the heat from 3pm - 7pm or to cancel it and not have food for the day after. What kind of terrible customer service is this when we are 3 people in a family having meal plans from you. This is how you treat your customers? you dont even deserve 1 star! I am so dissapointed with the way you have handled the situation. Then telling me to drive myself to pick it up from your resstaurant! I will be sure to tell everyone not to order again from a company with zero care for customers! I Have included a photo of the salad also that got delivered! how can a salad be brown upon delivery? means your giving me old food also! everything is BAD!!!!!! and no one from your customer care bothered to try to contact me nothing ! SO BAD!

Worst service ever !

I paused my subscription had to travel for a treatment and been out 3 months

When I came back they told me your subscription is just gone because you paused it more than 3 months!

So? I paid the full amount !
