Friendly staff. Disappointed that it keeps saying that you access your account online and an app is coming, still nothing and no one is able to tell me when that's going to happen. FAQ are incorrect.

Joining the credit union many years ago was the best way to save then and always will be . Definitely can't beat it. I also got my son to join he loves it . Its definitely the way forward to saving.ive told my colleagues who also love it and some even say its an life saver.
The staff in wishaw are always very friendly very helpful .
I've never ever had any issues.
