A unique used car customer experience (so far, as the after-sale care continues, as promised, which itself is a reassurance). ☺️ *In all my years of a lifetime buying used cars, I can say this experience was second to none ???? .* All those familiar tales of “dodgy dealers” - this is one to trust…From the first phone call to the final farewell on the forecourt, John Hanna and Gavin - the Managers, Louis - detailer, and all the team were each a delight to deal with on phone and on forecourt! ☺️
???? The team earned their stripes - they even took great care to re-apply the stripes on my car after the sale (ordering an original transfer of course, keeping me updated with photos at each step)! You can see the pride and care they take in their work… great attention to detail. Craig, the Director, wasn’t on site - abroad - however it’s evident he keeps a close eye on the standards he drives… ????
**My detail review - key things to share with any future customers;**
???? You’ll notice that each car on the forecourt has *immaculate detailing* from Louis and the team… Valeted and pristine as new. ???? I’ve not before seen that at any used dealer (in 20+ years).
???? *Brand new tyres* ???? on mine (and not budget ones either), and the alloys were cleaned up too, best I could expect for used.
???? Paintwork detailed to remove any dinks - and we’re talking a car almost 10 years old. I have experience as a teenager of delivering company cars, and spotting dinks, and my eyes couldn’t see anything to haggle on! ☺️
???? Straight forward comms - John detailed all the nuts and bolts of the sale and particulars of the paperwork promptly and efficiently.
???? One thing to note - due to the above attention to detail I’d advise customers to expect to pay the listed price, as a lot of work evidently goes in to the cars - they’re priced to sell (or maybe my negotiating needs work ????)… The car was right for me at the right price…As the customer, be aware of *your* own “all-in price”, tax and all, and be prepared to pay list price and not be disappointed. ???? The peace of mind is likely worth it!
John kept in touch from the first call ☎️ - even a welcome photo as I rolled in to the forecourt!! Texts to patiently answer my many questions! ???? Photos of my transfer stripes being adorned, and finally a photo of my car under cover ready to be unveiled! ????

What else can I add here… oh, yes, John and Gavin promised after-sales care - they’re a phone call away, and each car does come with a 3 month warranty as standard, which had a few good extras too. They pride themselves on repeat customers, upgrading every few years, so I’ll take them for their word that the after-sales is as important to ESC as the sale itself. ☺️
Very happy with the whole experience so far - hence taking the time to write a detailed review!! ???? The car also drives well so far, no niggles, as expected. Thank you once again John and team (wish I wrote down all their names to thank each). ???????? Renewing trust in the used car industry. Greatly appreciated. ????
