Expensive.. friendly driver and phone operator will use again instead of apple but they charge the highest tariff the meter will allow.. my family work in the industry.. we shouldn't be paying Christmas day fares for normal journeys.

I'm really satisfied with this service and couldn't be more grateful to the operator and driver...Called in last minute to ask if they could arrive earlier than booked and they did...Cemal was so very kind and helped me log heavy luggages on the back of the car like it was no problem...
Thank you thank you so much you literally saved the day for me, will definitely book again soon when I come back.

Very happy with the service, booked a taxi at short notice to the airport after missing the bus. I also didn't have any cash, or a card on me, but my lovely driver was happy to accept payment via bank transfer which literally saved me hundreds from having to book a new flight as I would of missed it otherwise! They arrived within 15 mins and got me there on time, my driver was great company and car was clean and smelled nice :) Would highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful and friendly drivers. Used quite a few times. New best taxi firm in Exeter, and they provide services to fit all. They do go out of their ways to ensure customers are happy and satisfied.

I am very pleased with the service I have received. I have close family members in Exeter & on this particular occasion, I arrived in Exeter Train Station. I have never been to Exeter before & I had to come-as a family member was seriously ill in Hospital. Therefore, I called this Taxi Service up and explained the situation to the operator ( as he was asking directions as to where I was-but I didn't have a clue).

The operator was very friendly & was very sympathetic towards me and re-assured me all would be OK, he soon figured out where I was & dispatched a local Taxi for me. I was very pleased with the way my call was handled-as I did not expect it from the local taxi firm-as from where I am-Taxi Firms can be..............

Anyways, the taxi Driver arrived within 10 mins of my call, he offered to put my luggage into the car & was very polite throughout the entire journey. The driver asked if I was OK-as he heard my situation & totally re-assured me! Bearing in mind he was a random stranger BUT on that day he really made me feel at ease. From a customer service point of view- I would definitely recommend this taxi service-as the driver/operator were both professional & very respectful.

I have read a previous review where it states- the customer was sexually harassed by a driver. I do not BELIEVE this- as I was an UNKNOWN FEMALE in the back of a random Taxi & in an area completely unknown to me- the driver at the time was fully aware of my situation & the fact that I am not from Exeter- so he COULD HAVE taken ADVANTAGE of my VULNERABLE state- but he did NOT!!

So people please DO NOT listen or take on board any negative reviews this company receives- as BELIEVE me the next time I am in Exeter, I will 100% be using this taxi service- as the customer service I received on that day was beyond my expectations of a Taxi Firm ( I have had my share of BAD taxi firms/services) but this is one of the BEST!

I-TAXIS ALL THE WAY- Keep up the good work guys :)

Booked a last-minute cab to the Racecourse and arrived on time. Driver was friendly and we had a good chat! Decided to pre-book for the return journey with the same company and he arrived 10 minutes early which i'm pleased with. Will definitely use again next time in Exeter.

Booked and paid for a cab a week in advance. Didn't turn up. Took more than an hour to arrange for one of their cabs to actually pick us up. Don't bother!

Edit: Wow. Read the response below and ask yourself if you want to use a company that thinks it's okay to treat their customers this way: making accusations of abuse and dishonesty. Absolutely ridiculous. Go ahead, ban me if you like--I wouldn't book a cab from this company again in a million years anyway.

I would highly recommend this taxi service, as I booked a taxi from Exeter to Ottery st Marys.

The driver arrived within few minutes of making the call & overall it was such a professional and polite service from start to finish. So, a Huge shout out & Thank you to I- Taxis!

I will be definitely spreading the word! :)
