I was extremely disappointed with my experience at the Lulu Exchange branch in the Abu Dhabi International Departure Terminal. I needed to exchange AED for MANAT for my trip to Azerbaijan and was offered a "special deal" that promised to lock in my buying and selling price for an additional fee of 25 AED. I agreed to the deal, only to find upon arriving in the UAE that none of the other Lulu Exchange branches were aware of it. To make matters worse, the branch at the airport terminal is now not answering my calls and I am unable to reach them for resolution. It was a clear case of deception and I would not recommend Lulu Exchange to anyone.

Lulu Exchange replaced Al Falah Exchange place,after opened new 2 branches in same area 1.Al Raha Village Shopping Center,2.Al Mafraq Center, permanently closed.
can reach within 5-10 min walk to both new branches.

Very bad experience.These people are thieves, especially if someone has sent you money and you go to them to receive it, then understand that they will forcibly make you your golden card and will charge you for it. It doesn't matter if sender have already paid
