Moderate rate. But processing fees they need reuce comparing other exchanges. Staffs are very kind. Sending decent money to this exchange, staff giving small complimentary like pouch, pen like that. Rates are very reasonable. If you have gold card. 10 AED only they charged. Will get additional discounts. Most of the places and all major malls in abudhabi the have exchange office

ارسل لي صديقي 370درهم تم خصم 10درهم لاني عميل جديد ولم يقل لي الموظف الا بعد التوقيع على الاستلام للأسف لماذا لم تفرضوا ثمن البطاقه على الشخص المرسل
