The worst experience at all
The worst customer service
They promise me 3 times that they will renew my voucher and never happened
The way they are dealing with me like I ask them from their own pocket
15 years I used to deal with them but now I never recommend this lulu for anyone specially MURABA branch

Your one stop shop for your daily essential from groceries,ready made foods ,school supplies ,electronics and ready to wear garments. Fruits and vegetables here are usually cheaper compare to other supermarkets.The range of asian food are usually completely available here.

This is located in the heart of town center Al Ain and walking distance to Al Ain bus station.

Today I purchased French fries and broast chicken from LULU, and I was incredibly disappointed with my experience. The food I received was completely stale, distasteful , and hard to eat. On top of that, the customer service was very poor, and I was only provided with a single kit for all the items I had purchased. It was extremely inconvenient and difficult to carry all the items in a single kit, and I had to struggle to get everything home.

Overall, my experience with LULU was very negative, and I will not be purchasing anything from them again. It's unacceptable for a business to provide stale and distasteful food to their customers, and the poor customer service only added insult to injury. I hope they take steps to improve the quality of their food and the customer service they provide.

No items are arrange you can't find grocery items easily n they r costly then other lulu. No fresh Non Veg items available

Very pricey there are much more better option than this lulu just on the left near bus station fresh market is there for all veggies and meat produce preferrably much cheaper and fresh as well.

They just mark the items with over price and then sell them with various offers and vouchers.
And the fun fact
Even if you apply any voucher or offer,
Still the products are expensive as compared to other markets in nearby areas.
