This is my go to place for repairs for all Land Rovers. The staff are friendly, professional and most importantly honest. They think outside the box and can suggest novel solutions to trivial problems that the main dealer would charge hundreds if not thousands of dirhams to correct!

Went for fish and chips for lunch. Even though website states dog friendly we was made to sit outside. To me a dog friendly venue allows you to eat inside with a dog. £32 for 2x Fish & Chips with curry sauce and 2 soft drinks. Fish was mostly batter not much haddock inside. Wouldn’t recommend.

Outstanding. Not an exaggeration to say the one of the best fish and chips I’ve ever eaten. Skinless haddock incredibly succulent, batter genuinely light and crispy. What all should aspire to. Chips fluffy on the inside. Not at all greasy. What more could you ask for?!

Honestly I can’t understand what the fuss is about this place. The worst meal so far here in Scotland. These guys have no idea what fish and chips is all about. Sorry for those people who think this is good. And those wooden cutlery ????u200d♂️ seriously??

You can't make a chip butty with brioche buns!?
We were heading up to Inverness and stopped off at Pitlochry for a bite to eat. Mackays looked busy, clean and bright so we decided to pop in.
You are given a choice to eat in or take away so we decided to eat in
I ordered 2 rolls with my meal, looking forward to a chip butty.
We were given a pager and told to return when it alerts us that our food was ready.
So that's why I've given 1 star for service... there was none.
Then...
They were brioche buns!
Who on earth thought that it was a good idea to use "sweetened" bread with traditional fish and chips? ????u200d♂️
Add that it was £30 and I would say I was disappointed.
Sorry, next time I am in Pitlochry, I'll go elsewhere.

Best fish and chips we had in scotland, and we went to a few places. If you like tartar sauce like I do, you will find it fresh and very tasty!

Stopped off here for gluten free fish and chips, a proper treat as I'm gluten intolerant. The fish was very tasty, the batter was so light and crispy and with a bonus of gluten free vinegar too. My husband had the haggis supper which he enjoyed. Highly recommended.
