Good products

But still I can’t find the real local markets inside the Lu Lu

Other Markets offering competitive prices compare to Lu Lu (such as they are having more offers with very unique products)

Lu Lu is targeting more some specific segmentations not Mass ! That’s why not all offers will match my needs

Lulu Hypermarket has now opened in the Rabdan Mall. It's much smaller than the other branches. Fish and meat sections. Freshly squeezed juice and salad selection. Hot food and bakery with good quality pastries and cakes. Frozen food options are limited.
Clothing and accessories on the upper floor. Electronic department. Conveniently located with underground parking. Remember to take your reusable bags with you for shopping.

Good place to visit. Sadly they don't provide home delivery (asked me to order online for it).
Normally in metropolitan cities it's common if you pay for the groceries, they deliver to your location by next day.
The staff basically doesn't know much in terms of policies of the place they work at.
Have seen their staff chilling around in coustomer relation area near entrance.
Provide bus card but can't recharge it.
Sad to post that a lot of staff members from Kerela who are downright incompetent ( for example: a female staff could not find eyebrow pencil for me and later saw her joking around with male colleague that a man asked for eyebrow pencil... stupid as it sounds)

Very disappointed…i ordered from talabat worth of 600 grams lamb chops but they send me 422 grams only i pay full price for this…it’s unfair stealing money from your customer is not acceptable…according to talabat flat form 300 grams per 1 packet with the amount of 23.05 aed so i order 2 packet total of 600 grams but im shock when i received my order..im hoping for your actions whoever is responsible..

Bin jasreen co-op society is in good location get everything and can access to all fast route. All the road are touch to this areaandall kind of shops are near here.

Garments and electronics are very expensive here.They repackage used items and sell them at a discount. And if you find it used after opening, you won't be able to return or exchange it
