I have had a website for the past 5 years & had very little activity. So I spoke to David From Firstep Online, he has revamped my website add loads of new listings to get me more views, I have had loads of inquiries & bookings for events. David is very professional, and worked with me to make my website look professional and so much better than it was. I have no IT background but he never made me feel foolish or small, and explained everything to me in ‘plain English’ in words of 2 syllables so that I understood how to carry on once he had finished setting it up. He left me feeling good and extremely satisfied with the job he had done and I absolutely recommend using his services if you are looking for someone to either set up your website or to make what you already have look professional.

Firstep turn my old outdated web page into a modern user friendly site.
Changing my image and designing me a logo to which my clients can relate to.
My number of enquires literally quadrupled overnight after the new revised site went live.
Firstep used my exiting wep package and resigned it so I literally had to do nothing.
But I can still upload in change images myself.
Brilliant.
Great service .
Highly recommend.

Excellent service from David. We had a problem that others could not solve, he was very prompt at solving it, talked in our language as we are not techy people, pleasant to deal with, all at a reasonable price.
Could not recommend highly enough.
