One of best residential tower in corniche area. Apartment comes with splendid sea views

Old building! Ground and lobby look acceptable but flats were old and broken with numerous plaster repairs! Very poor maintenance! Cockroaches and insects in kitchen! Good beach views from bedroom but I would rather not live at such place! Low storage capacity

Good place to stay. View is amazing however the building is old but well maintained. location is convenient. no amenities though

This is the place where I lived for three years, before leaving Abu Dhabi for good, and enjoyed the life. It's a nice place to live.

Some tenants leaves their belongings in the hallway. Others put too much hindu religious decorations.
