Clothing is good, this store though is the worst experience I’ve ever had with Lululemon.
Went a few days back and bought some items, also the attendant helped me order some items to the store as they were at other locations.

Following up today, the same attendant told me that they actually don’t transfer items outside of sales, and my visit was during the sale. Not to mention this was the manager, so how he was unaware of their own policy beats me.

Besides that, was also returning some items. What should have been a smooth process turned into a 30 minute experience, where our attendant randomly left to help someone else during the transaction without mentioning anything. The manager then came (same as mentioned above) to ask us for the small network slip with the receipt. It was evident he did not staple it to the receipt provided since there were no staple marks. After what seemed like an investigation, they finally refunded the items (all in new condition, tags attached, etc). At the same time, I watched him not staple the network receipts to any of the store receipts for all other customers, clearly no sign of trying to fix an error he did.

Overall, not the Lululemon experience I’m used to, and will not be shopping at this location again…

Even though there are many staff, they are all unfriendly.

At the time of payment, the staff didn't come even though they made eye contact.

It's a pity because the staff from other countries were very kind. I never go there again. If you go to Dubai, you can enjoy shopping.

Very bad customer service. The manager took very long time to decide to return items even though I had the original receipt ..
i bought a tank top but after first use found the elastic little bit damage and became loose , unlike the same products I used to buy in Canada . They didn’t accept to exchange it.

I hope they’ll change their management and customer service, but till then, I will avoid this store.

I got my Everyday belt bag . in great options, Customer service is amazingly great, specially mentioned Mitch . Lululemon is the best brand and im happy they are now at Galleria Mall.

Though the prices are higher than usual but the quality is amazing all clothes last for years so its worth it.

Special thanks to nariman who was very friendly and extremely helpful and ensured i got what i was looking for.

My daughter just love the brand.
Size 2, 25” long fits well for 12 years old girl. If you don’t find the right long, the store have free alteration service.

best quality for sports clothes, the price is quite high however the material is very good
the service as well is good specially one tall guy ( michel )
he is friendly and helpful and i recommend him to all my friends

The customer service is excellent! If you need help with directions to places In and around the city of Norwich they are most Informative with historic places, fine dining to eat, what events are on also. Lots of local information ????

3 stars for being very expensive. Right in the centre - handy for the theatre or if you are only shopping/eating in the centre. Expensive as £2 per hour. Not many parent and child spaces. Sprial staircase could be better - perhaps put in something less noisy or rickety. Wouldn't come here again as there are cheaper car parks in the city.
Can tap your payment card on entry, tap when you leave. Saves time queuing separately to pay if in a hurry.

A very well positioned car park in the dead centre of the city. It isn't very big and is quite expensive comparatively. Due to its costly nature it is often overlooked by the masses making it effective if you need to get in and out of the city expeditiously. The closure of exchange Street (Road next to Jarrolds) has limited the area to one road in and out, rendering it useless during Xmas and other rush times as the increased cost for expedience justification becomes moot.

Easy entry and exit using a bank card. You can also use traditional parking machines. Bay sizes not too bad. Lifts to Forum levels and handy for Theatre Royal etc.

This car park is more or less dead in the centre of the city (opposite the police station). It is NOT on one level as one reviewer has put. There are three levels. Beware! We recently used it after a gig at the nearby theatre and it took us over 40 minutes to get out. This is not a normal happening (unfortunately some people took to their vehicles without paying and caused a massive delay) having said that expect some delay if you are leaving at the end of a performance as a lot of patrons use this car park as one of the pedestrian exits is directly opposite the theatre entrance. When we last checked it is open til midnight.

I am a nurse and parked between 07.15hrs and 19.50hrs and I must have miss read the parking advise, I thought it was £10 until 17.00hrs then £2 per hour. So was expecting to pay £14 or £16 max. I had to pay a whopping £24.50 more than I earnt. I haven't gone back to check and I won't be parking their again

Probably the most expensive car park in Norwich. Not a huge amount of spaces and the lift is temperamental wether it’s working or not. If you’re not from Norwich I’d highly recommend at andrews car park. Easy access out of the city and you can stay all day for less than £6 but it’s still in the centre
