Disappointed with this Cargo Company. I understand that there was some delays from PH Customs for a month and now my parcel is laying around on your Manila warehouse for 2 weeks.

You should treat this cases with special handling so you wont loose your customers.

MY CARGO BOX WAS PICKUP UP JANUARY 29 2023 and got shipped on February 9 as per the website tracker, yet until now after multiple times of calling the office even the owner’s number unfortunately no-one can give a proper response and the owner itself is not responding the call. I will give this company a one week notice to give me a formal and proper information otherwise i will escalate the matter and file an official complain to dubai consumer happiness centre. I guess the previous review will prove my claims as well.

BE CAREFUL!!!! U won’t receive all your items!!!!! We tried them and a number of items were missing upon receiving!!!! All of the items are for poor homeless people and unfortunately got stolen :(((((

Luzan is so good service I'm here luzan cargo sence 2013 until now ???? percent thrusted and most especially the pick up person thy give customer satisfaction all the time thanks kuya Ruiz.

Very bad experience with Luzan!!! They have the most worst customer service! The Box was pick up before the cut off date last September 15, and now is December 26 imagine its now 4 MONTHS AND STILL GIVING EXCUSES!!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER SEND ANY SINGLE BOX FROM THEM!!!! AND THE PEOPLE WORKING IN ADMIN IN ABUDHABI ARE VERY VERY RUDE!!!!! INSTEAD OF TELLING SORRY THEY ARE BLAMING YOU!!!! IS THAT PROFESSIONALISM!!!!!?????? 4 MONTHS DELAYED!!!!4 MONTHS!!!!!

So dissapointed and regretful in sending my cargo to luzan. Almost 3 months till now my cargo not yet came. A lot of exuses. As a ofw and 4 years I didnt go for vacation I sent my cargo last sept 6. I send it earlier so that on my vacation on nov. to make it sure my cargo will reached same month of my vacation. But now my vacation almost over still my cargo not yet came... So dissapointed and I will never send my cargo again to this shipment company. A big thumbs down to this cargo shipment....

The best gym out there. Way too better than the smelly Puregym. I've been a member of this gym since 2021 and have had a very good experience so far. In between just for a change I tried going to PureGym and that was one of the worst decisions I took. The gym has all the modern equipment. There are also a few indoor courts here and you will be able to experience playing inside by taking a membership in one of the sports clubs. Recently ISE has introduced the Advagym app and it has been a very good incentive for going to gym

I am just giving a bad review so that it doesn’t get too crowded

For 15 pounds you won’t find any other gym that comes close what they are offering

1.University managed sports and gym center. They have recently refurbished and upgraded the gym. Added new equipments and the gym looks awesome.
2.The fee is on the higher side.
3.Basketball, badminton, squash, swimming pool, volleyball , lawn Tennis courts are available.
4.They also have group session

I signed up with this gym here as I'm a student of the university - prices are generally affordable and staff are pleasant. Equipment is well-maintained but at times the cleaning equipment run out. Does get crowded at peak hours so do avoid coming here if you don't like crowds.

Edit: since this review there has been some staff turn over, some people are lovely, some desk staff are unbelievably rude. I also had problems with my membership, I was told it had been cancelled and they continued to charge me… I never got my money back.. beware

First review: In here often, staff are always friendly and are happy to answer questions, clean too!

Absolutely love my circuit and aerobics classes and enjoy my swim afterwards. Facilities are great and staff are so friendly and helpful . I've met lots of lovely people.

Have attended many different classes and swimming pool all started on-time class leaders excellent. Staff more than keen to help solve any problems. Great value for money.
