I don’t think I’d been to this store before, but decided to drop in on a whim. Nashita was there that day and really showed me such wonderful customer service. I really appreciate her for being so attentive, making wonderful suggestions, and lavish demos. I felt gorgeous when I left the store.

I went to MAC Yas Mall in Abu Dhabi yesterday, 22 April. I was served by Nishita Sharma. I was extremely impressed with the way she handled herself and dealing with multiple customers at the same time as she was alone in the store. Nishita is amazing. I walked in there unsure of what I needed and she gave me outstanding service. She knows the products she is selling and she was able to give me expert advice on what would work for me. Thank you so much Nishita. I will definitely shop at MAC Yas Mall again and that is all because of your great service

Visited Mac yas mall and very happy today as I got attention from Mac staff. Khuload the manager was very helpful and polite.infact all of them present this morning shift was friendly .

The staff at the Yas Mall branch are the best among most branches I have visited. Very welcoming, friendly and cordial. They not only accommodated my appointment at a last minute request but were so helpful with a general inquiry I had not related to MAC unlike others who would reply they dont know. Also to mention Sandy did an amazing eye make up for me and was really a pro. Will surely go back to this store only.

Today I went to the mac store, Yas mall and met the beautiful soul Sandy .Completely satisfied with her service. She helped me in picking the best suiting product for me.Thank u lovely . Highly recommended
