My partner and I wandered in on the off-chance there would be something we liked for our first home together. We were greeted by Masoud, who was very friendly and helpful, and gave us good advice but also plenty of space to look and talk amongst ourselves.
Because of his help and advice, we decided to buy 2 pieces then and there. We really appreciated the time and quality of advice he gave us. The service was excellent, and he has a lovely attitude.

I'm sure we will be return customers as well

Kully was a great sales rep,lovely store and full of a good team. Even after hitting a few problems it was sorted out very quickly and professionally. Would recommend this store.

This sofa is very stylish, but I ordered it in December. After I paid, it was late until February. I don’t know when and what month. I can receive the sofa first, and the goods cannot be cancelled. No one responded to our complaints, so I don’t recommend it. When you buy products from this company, the after-sales service is too poor.

First time in new store at Alvis retail. All staff helpful and friendly. Manager Paul particularly helpful, even moving furniture to help us picture how it would look in our home.

Awful company, got told we could cancel with the 7 week window of which the sofa would be made, we decided to cancel our order not 2 weeks in and was told we could not do this.

Now have been forced to keep the sofa which has been delayed a further 4 weeks, absolut shambles of a company. STAY WELL CLEAR

Fab store for bed bundles.
Found a beautiful bed and mattress, was given a mattress protector and was provided with great customer service.

I had to take time out and leave a review as the service I received was just unimaginably good. From start to finish, the manager David showed us all the sofa options for us, explained the benefits and was very knowledgeable. Helped us find our perfect dream sofa with quick delivery also. Will definitely come back and if HR is reading, you hired an amazing manager who is the reason why I will always go to this store.
