Visited this park over a weekend and found parking easily. There is good play area for kid and the cafe makes it effective weekend park visit.

Message to the park caretakers : place near swing was very slippery and risk of people having a fall.

The car park can host about 30 cars. It's quite small, considering how busy the nearby playground gets. Parking in the nearby streets is quite tricky as it's always very busy. That being said, if you wait a few minutes, there's always someone leaving, so you may be able to find a spot. The car park offers a couple of disabled parking spots close to the playground entrance.

You can use this car park for Cheam Park Playground. The gate will be closed after sunset.
