MAK Homes Real Estate, was an answer to my housing prayer and needs back in 2021 and I can tell you I am still living in my best that they helped me find. Their professionalism is commendable and the best bit is their congeniality, courteous nature and ready to help attitude. My go to people are Mohamed Huwais and Syed, gems of great service. I’m found my home with you MAK Homes. Thank you ????

The worst property management company I have ever seen in my life - This is the second review I am writing here as the company staff requested me to delete the first review after they sorting the issues - Unfortunately I am still staying in their property and everyday morning I am waking up with surprises..!! In 2023 only there was no water in the morning for 5 times and electricity power cut off 2 times and whenever we call the maintenance team they used to behave like our mistake & The villa which I am staying is centralized AC & from the day 1 am asking them to fix it properly as I used to get cigarette smell and food smell from other room through the AC duct in to our room - Still they didn't do anything and the peoples who is sitting in office is only concerned about the monthly rent collection and whenever we call for any issues they will just simply say to contact Maintenance team which is 3rd party and MAK properties will show zero commitment to the maintenance.

There is no water since last evening until morning (I'm not sure now) since there is no water had to take leave frm work loosing my day salary. No proper action frm the MAK Maintenance team. No email response and no one is ready to care about your concerns. Maintenance team guy was laughing and was telling no material available with them and they went to purchase at 8am in the morning while the issue happend since last evening/night. This is the 2nd time there is a breakdown in water supply. Highly disappointed.
The worst thing is passing urine in the bottles whole night and morning.

We took a studio apartment inside the villa (Muroor) it was good experience for us. Easy to contact them specially maintenance. They are legit. ????

Not a good experience with them. They will charge you with maintenance fee that should have been their responsibility when you vacate. And always ask for a written agreement whenever you made a deal with them, they don't honor their words for it.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO STAY OR RENT TO THEIR RENTING HOUSE I HAVE VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WHICH LASTED 9 MONTHS I BEEN RAISING COMPLAINING ABOUT URGENT ISSUE LIKE AC HERE IN UAE AC IS VERY IMPORTANT BUT MAK HOMES REALTY MONEY MAKING ONLY THEY WILL NOT CARE ABOUT THE TENANT THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR POCKET A LOT OF TENANT ARE COMING AND GOING WITHIN SHORT TIME.

I’d like to thank MAK HOMES team for the support and effort they provided me at different occasions I had to interact with them, such as requests for maintenance, or lease contract renewal. They offered great support, efficient communication, and professionalism in the way they eased and simplified processes. Their support actually exceeds expectation.

Very professional team. Mr. Rizwan understood my expectations and showed me properties both within the budget and the floor plan I was looking for. There was no unnecessary push to take any specific unit, He adviced me properly on the facilities in neighboring area and which apartments were suited for me.

Highly recommend! 5 stars from me
