I booked a taxi on Tuesday 11th from London road to Wyvern park that never turned up. Driver called and clearly went somewhere else and said he was coming to the right location but never came. I was still charged for this trip! I called the office and booked another taxi that came and i paid for the trip. I called the office later to advise of the taxi that never arrived and the charge on my account and got the most horrible experience with the staff on the phone. He was very rude, did not listen to my complaint, spoke over me, saying it is a busy period and then cut the phone. Wow! What can be more important than settling a customer complaint! I called again, he let it ring for 2 minutes and then answered. I was very firm and insistent this time around, which made him listen. He said he would call me later that he can see everything on the system but never did! I need my refund for the taxi that did not arrive and for this singular experience, I will never use PJ cars again. I have sent an email to your official email address with a formal complaint.

Thank you PJ cars.. I'm the type to sometimes talk to the driver sometimes not , the chauffeur people are really polite and worth talking too and the call handlers are so very polite as well. Great rates CHEAPEST IN DERBY

Terrible experience. Driver took a longer route and charged me extra because of card payment. I called Customer Care to report the issue and the guy that answered the call wasn't professional at all. He blamed me for not telling him I wanted to use Card payment when I booked the ride and then he hanged the call. Hanging the call on me was the most surprising part of the experience. I am not using PJ Cars again.

Pj cars are reliable and their fares are reasonable. Their drivers would mostly show up. In case a driver is uncooperative coming to your location, just give them a call and they would send you another car.

So this was my first time with PJ Cars and I found their service pretty cool The car was so comfortable and the driver avoided the long route so I could arrive on time so I was very happy with their service. Recommended

Customer service ... What customer service?! Absolutely disgusting driver! Called me profanities when explained that I tried to cancel the taxi by phone which I could not do so they don't even get a good rating from me for that. Called me a b#$%h! Wow, just wow! I'm not a usual customer of theirs and they have just confirmed I'm right not to be! They have had a bad reputation for a long time, I'm surprised they're still running!! Dispicable all round! Albatross is the way to go ???? they're amazing and always have been! That is why I am their loyal customer. (The pj cars booked was not for me or my choice)

Drivers need to learn that the white lanes means that's your lane. Scrapped my car on an island today because they decided not to use the lanes and go straight cutting into my lane and forcing me to slam brakes on or hit roundabout and crash. Absolutely awful driver. Not first time I've seen it but judging by reviews clearly don't care anyway. Avoid.
