I could not ask for more! I was very well treated and i had the Best Moroccan Bath and Massage compare to other places I’ve been around Abu Dhabi. Wishing all the success Mamounia and the ladies!❤️????

I really liked this place. The Moroccan hammam was amazing, the woman there was so nice, smiling and I felt like she truly cares about me/ knows me.
The massage was also really good.
Small place with great staff and affordable prices.
I will come back for sure!!♥️

I went for massage today through groupon voucher .. my voucher said 60 minutes spa treatment .. but I was given the most worst hurried massage (45 minutes done) The plus size African lady masseuse there was probably the most rudest spa lady I’ve ever come across!! Rude attitude n rude way of giving massage .. just poking with fingers and knuckles the whole time and putting unnecessary pressure !! That lady needs proper training in customer service and massage too!! Couldn’t even make myself to look or have a conversation with her .. I was so mad the whole time from start to end at this unprofessional behavior !!

Very kind staff and good experience. It was very relaxing and skin feels great. I highly recommend the full package of moroccan bath + Massage + Facial.

Just a few recommendations:
1. Kindly do cross check your appointment list. I arrived on time and had a delay of 20 mins. It seemed a bit disorganized.
2. For new comers it will be nice to explain to them the process. It was my first time, so I was very confused. Also my friend shared the same experienced. She didn't know what to do either.

I will definitely visit again. Thank you lovely ladies - Ms. Kalima, the massage lady and the facial lady.

Worst experience ever, i had moroccan bath, massage and facial package and my skin get infected and when i get back to them with the picture no one care even to apologize or to do any action
