Horrible pathethic customer service. Rude person who attends my call regarding my query about my order. They gave less items on my order and messy packing. Order received after 1.5 hours. Instead of 2 shawarma they given 1 cold shawarma and Italian bread shawarma they gave 2 piece instead of 6. Bad conversation. Horrible food. I’m strictly do not recommend this restaurant. It better to drink normal water than eat from this restaurant. This kind of restaurant needs to be shut down or the staff needs to change. Needs to inform municipality about this.

My mum is coming to the end of a three week stay and has done amazingly well with her rehabilitation. The staff are all so incredibly kind and have been so supportive of my mum through what has been a really difficult and traumatic time for her. She has loved being in the hospital and has thrived since being there. I don't live in the area so it has been a massive comfort to me to know that she has been so well cared for. I really can't thank everyone at the hospital enough. They are fantastic.
