As a resident of Marina bay 1 , I completed 1 year and half.. I like the view of my apartment + gym + swimming pool + clean window + maintenance
But the major problem at this building is : the parking area:
- security always argues with visitors/ residents
_ the people drive very crazy at the parking area, although there is a speed limit sign but they don’t follow it! i was almost about to get hits by cars ! Not once but always I feel like its a live or die area! They don’t respect the walker they don’t have any responsibility and careless! I am an adult i can manage my steps but what about children!!!!
Although I complain several times to the building management but they didn’t respond back to me and on of the security told me if you have any problems call police!
- people act very rude and disrespectful
Its not a parking area it’s (live or die) or you can call it (racing area) very bad experience! I will have to leave this building unfortunately because of this mentioned reasons

Marina bay community is exceptional, offering top-notch maintenance (my owner had it sorted), clean common areas, a great community of residents, and a positive vibe. The residents are kind and welcoming, creating a great community environment. The common ares, gym and pool, are kept in pristine condition. I'd recommend this community to anyone looking for a new home.

Amazing smart layouts especially for 1bedrooms. Nicely divided and spacious. Quite neighbors (at least for me) the common areas like pool and gym always clean. Maintenance is good didn't have any major issues.

Great Place For A Walk

Dubai marina is a great place for a walk, surrounded by amazing architecture that looks fantastic especially at night when the buildings are lit up.
Loads at places to eat and drink definitely worth a look.

Added bonus was fireworks. It was mesmerising experience runs for close to 1 hr .

It is a beautiful Skyline to see here and as it was very breezy and cold, we decided to just take some pictures and left the area quickly. The Marina is beautiful and the Skyline was just superb.

it's one of the worst buildings in Reem island, terrible parking, disrespectful property management, bad maintenance.
