The management for Marina square Kingfield is awful. No cleanliness, no maintenance of the community areas, gyms are outdated and not functional and no renovation happens. Rent is high for the maintenance levels

Really good spot but bad security. They won’t allow kids to play football and keep taking there ball and not giving it back. It would be five if it wasn't for the security.

One of the best communities and most desirable in Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi, very close to down town with good shops and amenities in the neighbourhood.
The community was completed from the start and that resulted in less annoyance from surrounding building projects.
Paragon Bay mall parking adds easy and accessible parking for visitors.
