"An unforgettable stay at the Marriott Hotel in Abu Dhabi! From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service.

The rooms were spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for.

I must commend the staff for their outstanding hospitality and attentiveness throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, making me feel like a valued guest.

If you're planning a trip to Abu Dhabi, I highly recommend staying at the Marriott Hotel. It's a true gem, offering a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and genuine Arabian hospitality. I can't wait to return!"

This is a great hotel! Every staff member was friendly and accommodating. The rooms are higher end with comfy beds, soft pillows, a desk, TV, mini fridge, and luxury bathroom. My room had a patio that overlooked the neighborhood, only downside is there is limited privacy on the patio from your neighbors.

Housekeeping was attentive to my needs and left the room looking fresh and flawless every day. Waters restocked, everything organized, and clean.

The in-house laundry service was a nice perk! 4 pieces of laundry done free everyday, which was nearly placed in my room every evening.

Breakfast and dinner are by far the best I have had in any hotel. Vast amount of different foods from all cuisines. Delicious!

Checkin/checkout was quick and easy with the friendly staff working the front desk. Staff across the entire hotel always greeted me with a smile. The hotel also has free valet parking which is a nice perk!

Overall, outstanding hotel. Very much worth the price in value you will get from this place. When I come back to UAE this will be my first choice!!

Anniversary dinner!

Due to our son being really sick, my husband and I changed our anniversary dinner to a restaurant closer to home in case our son needed us. We chose the Marriott because the service is always friendly and amazing!

I want to give a special shout out to Francois, Jeewan (JD), Govinda, and Sammeem. Their hospitality is always above and beyond but when we arrived at the restaurant and they found out it was our anniversary, they made sure the already impeccable service was flawless.

Thank you for making our anniversary dinner extra special.

And please thank your CEO for such a fantastic team!

Great hotel, very good experience overall. The room is very good and modern. The service is excellent they are very helpful and listen to the complaint immediately. Very quite and relaxing. The breakfast is amazing food and ambience. Highly recommended.

What a fantastic hotel, has everything and the meals are excellent and filling. The Staff are very friendly and helpful. I'm a member of the Edinburgh Marriott ,so visiting the Marriott hotel in Abu Dhabi was a great experience. If you get the chance to visit the hotel and surroundings, there is so much to see and do

A disappointing experience that ended quickly. The worst of all was the room. Were were given a room that was odd in size (extremely large empty space without a couch, dining table or even side chairs) since we were not given an upgrade for Bonvoy Platinum although I confirmed their availability, but the room we got had a water pressure issue and we couldn’t sleep well that night due to sounds in the walls. The service at reception was below Marriott standard and despite the confirmation that I will get my points back for the cancelled night, it’s been 18 days and no response from front desk yet (I was told it takes 7 days)
Location is ok, valet service was good considering the number of guests waiting. For the money/points you can get much better at other hotels

Marriott Al Forsan is what you would call a "5 shooting stars" Hotel.

In terms of facility, the hotel is very much one of those "factory-like" resorts. Everything is big and a little faceless, deco taste isn't the best. It has all the facilities you would expect from a 5-star (pool, spa, fitness, restaurants etc.), but these are not always in great condition/functional (spa - sauna wasn't working over the past 2/3 weeks, gym is OK but a little old, the equipment isn't the newest, and it gets too crowded given the hotel's capacity/large numbers of rooms). The rooms are a little old but generally pretty decent and spacious.
++ Positives : The Sports Bar & staff from Breakfast

What convinced me to write a negative review is how poor the Customer Service is, especially from the Front Desk. Regular waiting time to talk to a receptionist, calling guest service multiple times for simple services (ex. ordering coton earbuds that never arrived, calling twice for an agent to take my luggage and make a move to a new room etc.), waiting 30 mins for a room upgrade that isn't one (same room simply with a balcony, that is practically of no use during Abu Dhabi summers), adding expenses to my invoice that aren't mine. Without those 'minor' (but repetitive Customer Service issues), I believe the value for money would be very acceptable at the Marriott Al Forsan.

Don’t ever think of visiting this hotel. The staff will treat you like you are in jail and we are always guided with many many rules.
Also the rooms are soooooo dirty when we opened the Air conditioner some black dirtcame out and covered all the room and the manager didn’t do anything except he said i will try to clean the room
