Very rude customer service, I phoned them to ask if someone could join them from Coventry and the lady on the phone was extremely rude I never see in my life , called on 24/03/2022 at 10.18 am and she just hand up and was very very rude OMG ???? very very disappointed ????

A local ban with great interest rates. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have been lifesavers on many occasions.
