I don’t normally drive and park in Richmond as I do live locally but I used the car park today and thinking it was priced like the other Waitrose car parks I came back to leave and found out that anything over 3 hours is £25 which I had to pay as I had been in Richmond for about 4 hours! If you lose your ticket you have to pay £25! It’s absolutely disgusting that you can only spend 3 hours without being ripped off! To everyone please don’t park there even if you are only going to be there for a couple hours. Don’t waste your money

Just to advise motorists ... there are tariff boards on entry to car park, at every lift lobby area and in the store. You need to get your ticket stamped by a cashier AND validate it at a paystation. There are 3 located near checkouts. If you do not follow this process the exit barrier will not open. Please don't forget or pretend you didn't know ... this causes a traffic jam at the exit.

There’s an incredible amount of mold in the stairway. It smells so so bad and is dangerous for everyone’s health. Should be sorted out!!!

So confusing to navigate and still had to pay parking after shopping at waitrose. Awful
