We have been using Lydia for around 8 months and couldn't cope without her. We were completely new to business so her advice and expertise were essential when it came to understanding how to maintain and grow our business. Lydia was absolutely amazing we had chatted a few times to get to know each other at networking but when Making Tax Digital came out I knew I’d need a hand as numbers and digital things are not my strong point! Lydia was calm, patient and moved me through what I needed for my first SA tax return, all done in a blink of an eye and all that worry and angst just melted away. I can’t thank you enough Lydia I am now all set up ready to go with my new system and to hit the next FY! Thanks for making what I’d built up in my head to be a disaster so very very easy!

I have been using booksmart accounting for a while now and have to say I don’t know how I managed before I discovered them!
Lydia’s approach to all my queries is so professional and she holds so much knowledge.
My business is small but a limited company and what seemed to be a minefield of accounting to me, does not phase Lydia in the slightest, she has the answers or if it’s sage related and she isn’t sure, she finds the answers in no time at all!
Booksmart accounting have taken all the pressure off the side of the business that is really important & integral to my success but I don’t have a lot of time to give. Lydia is a real pleasure to work with. I have already recommend her and her team to other business owners!

I started using BookSmart Accounting recently and I’m really happy I did.
Lydia has been proactive, super responsive to my queries and extremely helpful.
There’s been a lot I don’t understand as I’m recently self-employed and everything has been explained to me very clearly which I really appreciate.
I would absolutely recommend getting intouch if you need any help and advice when it comes to accounting.
