Used to be good now their designs are not similar to what we provide as reference. NOT RECOMMENDED AS THEY WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH IT LAST MINUTE AND YOU WILL HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO TAKE IT.

lack of transparency and Manipulating. I visted their branch to make order for 3 different cakes with sales lady named (Ayya) I pointed at sample cake and asked her how much with print picture on it, she told me 189 AED so I wanted to pay directly she said not now after you sent pic you may transfer to our bank account, 12 hours later they called me to tell me they need to add 30 AED because they forgot to tell me about printing charges! I already asked them about that sample cake with print. Comared with other cake shops 1 kg cake with print price 140-160 why the hell they charge me 220 which is 60 AED more. I think management need to re-evaluate their prices and how to not loss customers.

The cake was awesome It was both chocolate and vanilla custerd filled. Thanks to Ms. lizel from mastercake Alain branch who was so friendly and supportive.

Don’t ever think of ordering unless you go to their shop, they’re not professional and you’ll get to a point were you are not sure if they will deliver your order or no.
I asked them so many times about the invoice because i sent them everything related to my order and they replied sure they will do it and will deliver it, after asking for the invoice to make sure the order is placed they were not responding. But at the same time I continued with them.
The next day i wanted to check what happened because i need to confirm, so i asked them on whatsapp what happened with my order, they replied “ you have order already “. After that I cancelled my order.

+ I asked them before ordering do you accept cash on delivery orders for the customized cake? They replied yes we accept cash on delivery.
After ordering, they said we need Arboon to start.

I’ve been working with them and depending on their deliveries for years now. I’m never disappointed. Efficient, fast, and pays attention to details. Most importantly their cakes taste so good. Also affordable.

Ordered a birthday Saturday May 16th (delivery on 21st May) paid, gave them my exact order (saffron milk cake) sent location and exact time to deliver 18:30. Messaged one night before just to make sure they don’t forget, messaged on the delivery date to confirm. All good they sent a photo around 15:00 o’clock or so got a call asking for the location (I’ve sent them already) told them the same but they asked to send again, I sent them again. After sometime getting a call from a man no idea who he is asking for location (I asked him who are you he says delivery, I asked which delivery ? He said I don’t know he handed up) after sometime again they are calling for a location sent them again with pin (for the 4th time time around 17:50) Around 18:40 messaged them asking if they delivered (they are online) no answer, called them no answer +971 50 989 8135 she replies (I will check) and quite again. Calling them no answer (them because they have so many ppl and numbers that they are confused between each other no communication) Time 19:07 they are calling to tell me that they mistakenly gave my cake to a walk in client, how ? Cashier had two boxes in front she didn’t know which one. You people are packing those cakes how could you do such a mistake. It’s a birthday cake, there’s a message on top of the cake and I made sure to remind them and follow up with them and they messed up at the end they sold my cake to a walk in client!!! I’m getting a call from someone named Muhammad and guess what he said everything is closed and he can do the same cake tomorrow TOMORROW ??? Birthday is today why will I need a cake tomorrow ?? They started explaining instead of trying to help as I’m in panic it’s a last minute (Iftar time, lockdown) I need a cake. He said he can send from one of those they have in the store (WELL I DIDNT HAVE A CHOICE JUST TO SAY OK) they sent me photos of (ready cakes in the store) after 30 mins or so those cakes full of cream (I DIDNT HAVE A CHOICE, DID I)?? After sometime I’m geting a call again asking for location I told him please please communicate with your colleagues I have sent it 4 times and he is saying smth we didn’t understand he doesn’t speak neither English or Arabic no idea. Another person called me asking for the number of the person to whom to deliver ( I WAS HONESTLY DONE AND JUST WANTED TO SAY YOU KNOW WHAT JUST KEEP THAT CAKE ITS FROM MY SIDE TO YOU PPL BUT PEOPLE ARE WAITING) she said send to this number u202d+971 54 441 0330u202c I sent. After sometime I’m getting a message pls send a contact person...
I wish I can come and see those people who do not deserve any single penny for their negligence!!! Around 10pm getting a message from another number +971 55 511 2261 ma’am you want to place an order....
I don’t even have words to say, such a shame paying that much money + delivery fee what for ? For not getting service you paid for.
Such a shame again!!!
