Found a much better quality home through Master Real Estate Team - namely Mohammad Rafi and Shajahan who has shown us a number of suitable houses and finally our current place, we call Home.

The team is highly knowledgeable about the properties in Al Ain and guides clients accordingly keeping in mind their requirements as well as the desired budget.

We will definitely get back to them for all our future property requirements.

Very unprofessional and a complete waste of time. I drove 2 hours to check an apartment based on my agreement with one of the agents. When I reached he ignored my WhatsApp texts, rejected my calls, and when he answered he told me he will call again in 5 mins then ignored me. I waited for him near the apartment for 1.5 hours then I called the office and they redirected me to another agent who also ignored me.
