They made me wait 20 minutes to use my shoukran points they call another staff then another one then 4 people came to the cashier. They speak in their own language in front of me don’t tell me anything. Then they changed me to another cashier and he told me that I cannot use my points in this shop only in the next shop because they have problem in the system. So for what they made me wait 20 minutes...
they don’t know what they are doing.
this is not professional I don’t come back again this shop.

service is very bad, even the costumer they are not say welcome, they are not smiling to costumer. they have bad attitude. when we are speaking in front they are ignoring us.

Rose was in the reception and she were so rude she wasn’t helpful and did not give me enough information about shukran and did not apply the points in my shukran account, so bad customer service.

Beware. The price of their discounted items are not reflecting on their system. The cashier as well as the manager doesn’t know how to update their system nor to process a manual transaction. On top of that they made me wait for 15 mins for nothing.
