Kiosk takes your order then counter fails to call your ticket. This is the 4th time the ticket hasn't not showed or been called on the board often after waiting more than 15 min. Please learn and train from the crew at galleria as they have a better more efficient process

google map timings are wrong supposedly midnight / 12am they close, but so far good restaurant / fast food here

the lady who prepares the drink fills the glasses and puts her fingers inside the glass then wipes her work surface (with a coton towel), and fills other glasses in the same way after without washing hands ! Ok, gloves are maybe or can be a risk, but don't put Ur hand everywhere and anywhere and prepares drink like that !!

I ordered mushrooms beef signature collection, and it was not the same taste that i have in other branches.. no sauce, feel like just bruger and pattie. Even cold drink taste like sugar water

I got a Oreo McFlurry and I asked for extra oreos she said I need to pay but then she gave me extra oreos for free and I got a Mocha Frappe and it was so good but they need to change the coffee because it was a little bit like arabic or turkish coffee instead of pure coffee inside my Moca Frappe.

I ordered double beef burger ???????? Yammy and cola ???? was great too fries are great pack ...frankly i enjoyed it especially view outside , clean and calm place .The Best part they have 59% discount that s amazing

Change timings in google maps. Right now is it from 10 am until noon. Not midnight. I do not think you close after 2 hours...
