I ordered food from this McDonald’s, it was missing things from my order, so I reported the missing item and 2 days later I still haven’t gotten any reply, I’m never ordering from here ever again

I had to wait for more than 30 minutes to get my mochaccino and it was served by just placing it there on the counter without even calling an order number or anything and the coffee machine doesn't work properly, it doesn't taste like mocha, and it was served without sugar.

I ordered pancake & big breakfast meal, sooo disappointed because when I reached home, I didn't found the butter & syrup (these happened twice). I didn't checked as I'm in a hurry but it's also there responsibility to include everything. (Mcdo Khalidiya branch)

I want to complain McDonald's khalidiya Electra street because when I go there and I give order two order chicken wings and medium fries but when I take order and go home then I will check there no have chicken wings they put there chicken naguts.. why ????My order number 295 And also I call the call center also call center number not working..very bad McDonald's service .. Thanks

I called this number :- 600588885 ( not free) and the guy who replied to me asked for my information to be registered, he kept asking Questions for 10 minutes then he said thank you we have registered all information we need & for now we don't have delivery for you !!!! This incredible & un believable .. a call of 10:42 for nothing

I ordered through zomato my order took around 1 hour and 30 minutes however im living next to khalideya mall 2 minutes walking !! In addition my order came without ketchup , straws, napkins and toys for the kids meal
