I've ordered the Spicy Mac Chicken, the chicken was raw and not cooked enough. Unfortunately this is the 2nd time at the same branch. I've asked for fresh hot frise because the served one was not. I got surprised that they recooked the same frise and it was burn with full of oil. The worst branch ever.

Why u guys have honk to order , there no one cone out side I been waiting for 8 mins after the guy came and told me I was workin in the kitchen . So the same guy who work in the kitchen is the same guy who time order from ppl from the car

I ordered coffee in the morning, went there twice and they keep ignoring me when i call them, so they take my order and then disappear inside! They seemed very careless about me ???? i hate this branch

Comfy place to take a break or when you need to get a quick bite for the family or coffee. They might not want people to sit too long, which makes sense because there is only 30 minute parking for the gas station.

Quick u003c10 minute shuttle from the airport, but buses only run every 30 minutes.
Vehicle collection and drop-off were frictionless.
Really friendly, professional staff.
Received an upgraded vehicle (but it had extensive damage to the passenger door, and the sat-nav tried to take me down a road that seemingly had never existed).

I hired a small 3 door car from Avis from 19-26 June 2023. You catch a free bus there from stand 19 in the coach station at the airport (you just have to show the driver your Avis booking, otherwise it's £4 each way). By the time I'd arrived at the office to collect the car, I'd decided to request an upgrade, if possible, to a small 4 door car, preferably with an automatic gearbox. Stefan behind the desk could not have been more helpful, offering me a Mercedes A Class for a fairly moderate price increase. However I found that my phone would not connect to this car, as it required a USB C connector, which I didn't have. Stefan was very patient with me and changed the car to an Audi A4 automatic, which I used for the week without any issues. I regularly fly into Stansted to visit family and friends (I live abroad) and I will definitely use Avis in the future. I would definitely recommend.

Very friendly service. We booked the smallest class for 2 people and 2 suitcases (Fiat 500). We got a Seat Arona, which was also narrow (important for the narrow streets in Devon and Cornwall), but much more comfortably equipped (navigation system, cruise control, speed limiter, ...).

Everything from the reservation to the return went very well for us. Upon arrival at the convenient rental counter inside the Holiday Inn, we were greeted with a smile and Stanimir explained everything to us, making sure to pay attention to my family’s needs. Upon return of the vehicle, everything went equally smoothly, and we are very happy with the email contract and invoice process.

Very friendly staff on pick up. Put of hours return explained very well. Car in great condition, clean and well presented. Security deposit released very quick on return with no issues. Well done Budget, I'll definitely use again.

Brand new car, friendly greeting and quick to get on our way. Dropbox for keys on return and no extra charges. Bus service to the Holiday Inn pick up point was a small inconvenience vs meet and greet but very regular service. Would happily use again.

Staff at Avis at Holiday Inn at Stansted were so incredibly helpful and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble even though I had booked the wrong day for collection and then Burak waited outside with my luggage that I had left in their office! Beautiful new Seat Ateca car.
