Eugene Saw and the MD real estate team just helped us purchase a property in a new development by Aldar. The demand for the units was high and the launch event turned out to be chaotic. We would never have made it through without the support, navigation, expertise, and the general good humor of the MD team. They truly went above and beyond, staying with us until after midnight as Aldar worked through the backlogged transactions. Result: we got the property we wanted. I would work with these people again in an instant!

I was referred to Tracie because I wanted someone honest and trustworthy. We met and I liked her instantly. She showed me several apartments that fit what I was looking for and gave me the good and not-so-good details (if there were any). I ended up finding one I loved, she negotiated for me and I signed the lease the next day. Tracie is an absolute Rockstar and I highly recommend her!

This company and realtor, (Tracie Hutchins), were beyond competent. They were stellar. We travelled to Abu Dhabi from the United States to search for a future home. We checked for a realtor to assist us and this firm was the only one to respond and communicate through the entire process. Tracie got in touch with us before we left and continued once we arrived in UAE. She had chosen a few properties to visit based on our preferences, and once those were shown to us she took us all around the city so we'd have a better understanding of the layout and scope of living options. She was professional, up-front, honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. When we decide on our next step she will be the first person we call. We highly recommend this company and particularly Tracie.
