Great shop and cafe, lots of variety in house, click n collect and delivery available from this store. Helpful staff good layout. Easy to navigate round. Toilets always clean and decent size. Lift and stairs to upper level.

Went to meet friend in little cafe up stairs as some lovely BUNS after went walk around got some lovely curtains they do hang a bit stiff shame they could of used softer liners got bedding to match that washes lovely ????

My wife and I have waited in all day for some blinds to be fitted then at one o'clock we got a call to say that the fitter was running late but now we have been told he is not coming and have to wait over another week for them to be fitted so we will never buy anything else from them again that needs fitting.

Just a great store great selection of good quality homeware products , always something on offer and if you cant find it in store its so easy to order it online...

This place has definitely changed! And not for the better. Went upstairs to look at rugs & household goods,couldn't find what we were looking for,couldn't find a staff member for help ended up having to walk back downstairs to ask for assistance, then to find out most of what we wanted was online,asked staff about slippers we'd seen advertised to be told "if they have them they'd be in baskets at end of aisles around the shop and we'd just have to check all baskets". NOT VERY HELPFUL. Will NOT be shopping there again, or any other branch ,very disappointing and a wasted journey,waste of petrol,

I purchased a blind but then discovered that the weight rod was missing from the packaging. Luckily, I was replacing an old blind so I wasn't stuck.

Most of the Covid secure measures here have now been removed, although checkout screens remain.
The store is well stocked and neatly organised. The staff are polite and helpful.
The range, quality and affordability of the goods is impressive.
The soft furnishings, cookware and ornaments are both tasteful and contemporary.
There is a cafe here.
The store is on two levels. There is a spacious elevator for those who need it.
There is free car parking for customers.

Love this store has everything you need and more . Always sale bargains I picked up a door net curtain for 10p .
