Car park spaces are too small and narrow. I only use it when it's very quiet so less likely to get hit by another car. Too many potholes. Only good thing about it is that you can use the parking app but you have to make sure you have the right location number because there are a few NCP car parks within that vicinity.

Nightmare to use payment app. Took 2 payments from me.. Seems No way of getting hold of them to get refund. Can't see on the app

Parking spaces far too small. Park at your own risk, you'll more than likely return to your car to find the bodywork damaged because someone has hit your car with their door when they park and get out of the car. Funny enough, you can be sat in your car when it happens and the person who does it, doesn't even acknowledge or apologise!

What can I say but your typical carpark always literally full and a bit pricey but at least your cars safe well apart from the people using it and it's not really their fault if only the people who were incharge of designing a setting the carpark had put any thought in to it your pride and joy wouldn't be getting damaged really just poor design

Avoid this car park!!! 1st time I parked here and have been sent £100 ticket even though I paid my £1.60 on my bank card and have it on my statement. They don't answer their phones and won't reply to my appeal. Wont be parking here ever again.

Outrageously priced car park. Unfortunately it's closest to where I needed to go however it's still poorly lit and as a single female I found it quite uncomfortable even in the early evening.

Terrible! Parking bays big enough to fit smart car nothing bigger than this. If you can avoid!

I use this car park frequently. Very convenient for trips into town. NCP app provides cheaper rates than PaybyPhone
