WORST COURIER SERVICE - Do not trust this company, they committed to deliver our important shipment to Abu Dhabi from Dubai the next day but it didn't happen!!! their customer service is more than worst telling me that the delivery will happen after 2-3days which is non-sense and if we only knew then we will not go with them, i asked on how we can file a complaint, no response from her, i asked her name but she don't want to disclose, instead she just keep on telling that she is a staff of ME COURIER, i asked if i can talk to their manager but she said he is not available and the manager will just call me back, she doesn't want to tell the manager's name as i knew he will not call me back. We end up sending our own driver to deliver new sets of shipment to Abu Dhabi. This is a complete waste of time and money!!!

Worst courier service...
Staff are not trained for customer services and they want customer to go to roads to collect shipment as their convenience...
No one answers at 60066666.
Waited more than 10 minutes several times .None picked call eventhough we are first in line to be attended
Company least bothered about call drop downs. Eventhough its a paid call from customer end.

Lot of communication issues. Call center lady don't have any clue what's happening. The issue resolved after talking to their manager in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.

Worst experience. They never care abt ur shipment delivery. Customer care no never picks ur call.

Delayed service. I did not get any update for my shipment. It was supposedly scheduled 3-4 days before but till now I haven't received my package.

Very poor customer service, i got my local shipment after 15 days, which was supposed to deliver in 2 days.
